Dingdong Dantes Denies Gun Toting Incident In A Bar

DINGDONG DANTES just laughs off the rumor that was reported in an internet site that he was arrested some nights ago somewhere in Quezon City for toting a gun in public. This is reminiscent of a similar erroneous report about Richard Gutierrez last year. The website reports that Dingdong had a drinking spree in a bar then got into a verbal tussle with another customer in the bar. He then went out and when he returned, he already had a gun that he pointed to his adversary.

Dingdong says he was in Antipolo that whole night of the reported incident taping “Endless Love”, which is now on its last four weeks. He just came from the hospital due to recurrent fever diagnosed as systemic viral infection, so when he’s not working, he just go straight home to rest and no longer has energy to go to a bar. To begin with, he doesn’t really go out to a bar for drinking. Also, he never carries a gun. Who reported this is obviously a victim of a clear case of “kuryente”.
