Angel Surprised That Tv Show With John Lloyd Cruz Will Suddenly Be Shown

WE WERE surprised to learn that the John Lloyd Cruz-Angel Locsin soap, “Imortal”, will suddenly be shown on Monday, October 4, since it was not even presented formally in a presscon. Angel said in her twitter account that she also found out about their playdate from twitter. ABS-CBN’s primetime lineup now is full with “Kokey@Ako”,“Noah”, “Idol”, “Magkaribal” and “Kristine Series”, so we’re wondering where will “Imortal” fit in there. Unless one show will give way. We heard Sarah’s “Idol”, which was also shown without publicity, proved to be disappointing as it’s rating is only single digit and has been clobbered severely in the AGB Mega-Manila writing by Glaiza de Castro’s “Grazilda”. “Imortal” is a sequel to Angel’s “Lobo” and is now about the fight between vampires and werewolves (ala-“Underworld” and “Twilight” series), directed by Chito Rono.
