HOW DOES Jackie Rice feel that her ex-BF Biboy Ramirez is now on with her Starstruck 3 batchmate Vaness del Moral? "I'm hapy for them," she says. "Sana magtagal sila. As for me, ayoko muna ng love-love na yan. I neglected my career dahil sa love and now, I want my total attention focused only sa career ko. I was only 14 when I won sa Starstruck and I didn't know may responsibilities that go with it. Naging pasaway ako. But I'm a changed person. I'm really thankful to GMA for giving me another chance."
In her last movie, "Darling Kong Aswang", she played an aswang, and in her last show, "Darna", she played Demonyita. "Naka-relate ako kasi may bad side naman talaga ko," she laughs. "But noon yun. Mabait na ko ngayon at isa na ko sa mga bida in my new project, 'Panday Kids', with Lovi Poe and Jolina Magdangal. I've also reconciled with my mom. Birthday nga niya this weekend. I'm going home to Olongapo so we can be together. My prayer is magbalikan sila ng dad ko kasi pareho naman silang walang bagong partner, e."
She's the present cover of FHM and the issue is sold out. "When I had autograph signing for them at Robinson's Galleria, di ako naniwala when they told me sold out. But the venue was so jampacked with people at ang haba ng pila para magpa-sign sa'kin. I started at 5 PM and we ended at 9 PM. One man kept on lining up to kiss me. Mga 10 times na niya kong nahalikan kaya binawalan na siya ng guards."
For the pictorial, she had nothing but soup for several days. "I want to be in good shape kasi. Three years na kong nililigawan ng FHM at heto, napagbigyan ko rin sila. I'm happy with the results kasi di naman bastos. Na-boost nga ang self-esteem ko kasi ang gaganda ng shots."
So will this be the start of her going sexy? "I'm now 19, mas mature na, pero mas gusto ko pa rin ang wholesome image at yung makilala ko for being a good actress, di dahil lang sa katawan ko."
