GMA-7 OFFERS SPECIAL MOVIE TREATS AS WE CELEBRATE MOTHER'S DAY THIS SUNDAY

SINCE IT’S MOTHER’S DAY, GMA-7 offers special movies for moms and their children this Sunday. The best Mother's Day gift is quality time and a day spent relaxing with meaningful movies that salute all mothers and make you appreciate your mom even more.

Kapuso Movie Festival features a young boy named Milo who gains a deeper appreciation for his mom after Martians come to Earth to take her away in the film “Mars Needs Moms.” This heartwarming fantasy stars Seth Green, Joan Cusack and Dan Fogler.

It will be followed by the hit action espionage film, “Casino Royale.” After earning a license to kill, Daniel Craig as Secret Agent James Bond sets out on his first mission as 007, co-starring Eva Green. Bond must defeat a private banker funding terrorists in a high-stakes game of poker at Casino Royale, Montenegro.

Meanwhile, GMA Blockbusters features Paolo Ballesteros and Solenn Heussaff in the hit family comedy, “My 2 Mommies”, also starring Maricel Soriano. The film follows Manu (Paolo) a gay man whose life takes a pivotal turn after Monique (Solenn), a woman from his past returns and he finds out that he has a 7-year-old son.

On Sunday Night Box Office, catch the Hong Kong drama film “Little Big Master.” Based on a true story that happened in 2009, it is about the endeavour undertaken by headmistress Lui Lai Hung to save a rural kindergarten left with only five students.

Don’t miss all these exciting movie treats on Kapuso Movie Festival this Sunday after iBilib, GMA Blockbusters after Dear Uge, and SNBO after The Boobay and Tekla Show, only on GMA-7.
