Sari-Sari Channel On Cignal TV Offers Three Exciting New Original Series With New Stories & New Stars




FOR THOSE WHO are tired with the usual TV fare, the SARI SARI Channel now give viewers a new and pleasant alternative treat for the whole family with three original telemovie productions in the third quarter of 2016. Viva Communications and TV5 offer great new original shows combined with the classics to make sure Pinoy viewers of all ages and from all walks of life will be totally pleased.

First to show on air is a teen-horror series “Ang Kwarto sa May Hagdanan” topbilled by Andrew Muhlach, who plays JM, a young man who has to temporarily stay in the house of his best friend, Mark, in order to survive the school year. The house turns out to be haunted and he is about to discover about a past that connects him and a ghost in a room that is in front of the staircase. Also starring are Aubree Caraan, VJ Marquez and Mayton Eugenio. “Ang Kwarto sa May Hagdanan” premieres on July 30, this Saturday, at 9pm.

Then there’s the intriguing sex-drama series, “Wives of House of No. 2”, about four friends who all happen to be mistresses. They put up an underground garden cafe where other women like them can spend their Valentine's Day and other important occasions that normal married couples freely enjoy together. The cafe becomes a witness to their dark secrets of these number 2’s and a cradle to their colorful friendship. But one day, one of them becomes a spoil sport and decides to ruin it. This stars Katya Santos, Phoemela Baranda, Antoinette Taus and Sarah Pagcaliwagan and premieres this coming August.

Another SARI SARI Channel exclusive that is sure to both scare and delight audiences is the horror-mystery show “Where is Franco?” Franco, played by Julius Gareza disappeared while playing hide and seek. Years after, his soul comes back to haunt his playmates portrayed by Issa Pressman, Arkin Del Rosario, Kiko Ramos, Kenzo Ortiz, Cliff Hogan and Angelica Yap. “Where is Franco?” premieres in September.
