GMA-7 LINES UP EXCITING HOLLYWOOD AND LOCAL FILMS FOR THIS SUNDAY'S WEEKEND VIEWING










GMA NETWORK has prepared an exciting lineup of full length films for this Sunday’s Kapuso Movie Festival after “iBilib”.

First is the fantasy-action drama, “Tomorrowland”, starring George Clooney as a genius scientist-inventor who got disillusioned before, but now partners with an energetic and curious teener, Britt Robertson, in a mission that aims to unearth the secrets of a mysterious place hanging somewhere between time and space called Tomorrowland.

This will be followed by the blockbuster DC Comics movie, “Batman Begins”, with Christian Bale playing Bruce Wayne, the masked crusader who battles the criminal underworld in Gotham City led by Cilliam Murphy as the Scarecrow, Katie Holmes as his leading lady and Michael Caine as his most trusted butler, Alfred.

And in GMA BLockbusters which comes after “Dear Uge”, don’t miss the award-winning action-horror offering, “Kubot: Aswang Chronicles 2”, with Dingdong Dantes reprising his role as the fearless aswang-fighting hero, Macoy.

In the 2014 Metro-Manila Filmfest, it won 3rd best picture, and also won the best supporting actor and actress awards for Joey Marquez and Lotlot de Leon, as directed by Erik Matti.

In Sunday Night Box Office after “The Boobay and Tekla Show”, don’t fail to watch the classic horror flick written and directed by Joey Reyes, “Spirit of the Glass” about a barkada who takes a vacation in an old house that turns out to be haunted. This stars Dingdong Dantes, Paolo Contis, Alessandra de Rossi, Marvin Agustin, Rica Peralejo and Drew Arellano.

Don’t miss this wonderful lineup of unforgettable movies on GMA-7 this Sunday.
