By next Monday, September 16, Box Office King Alden Richards returns to primetime in “The Gift”,  which will replace “Love You Two”. He plays Sep, a visually-impaired fruit vendor in Divisoria who discovers his ability to see the past and the future. Helmed by LA Madridejos, he’s supported by Elizabeth Oropesa, Mikee Quintos, Jo Berry, Rochelle Pangilinan, Betong Sumaya, Martin del Rosario, Thia Thomalla, Ysabel Ortega, Tetay, and  Jean Garcia.

On Septrember 30, the romcom “One of the Baes” will replace “The Better Woman”, starring the hilarious tandem of Ken Chan and Rita Daniela, a millennial fairytale that will take viewers on a special journey of love. Produced by GMA Public Affairs, this will show the travails and experiences of seafarers, Rita as Jowalyn, who dreams of being a ship captain someday, and Ken as Grant, a rich but humble environmental vlogger.

Other new Kapuso shows are the Korean hit drama, “Mr. Sunshine” which started on September 2, the story of a young boy who is born into slavery but escapes to the United States and returns to Korea later as a United States Marine Corps officer starring Hollywood actor Lee Byung Hun as Eugene Choi.

In the morning, “Wagas” is now seen as a daily series before “Eat Bulaga” featuring Sunshine Dizon and Mike Tan in “Throwback Pag-ibig” which will be seen for one month.  And on weekends, watch out for “The Clash” every Saturday and Sunday beginning September 21 replacing Starstruck, with Asia’s Pop Diva Julie Anne San Jose and Total Heartthrob Rayver Cruz as Clash Masters with returning judges Lani Misalucha,  Christian Bautista and AiAi delas Alas. Ken Chan and Rita Daniela will be The Clash Journey hosts.
