As thanksgiving to the faithful viewers of “Kapag Nahati ang Puso”, the younger members of the cast will now start a series of mall tours to do free shows for their fans. This Sunday, Augus 19, 5 pm, their fans in Pampanga can go see them live and in person for a meet and greet at Robinsons Angeles City.
Meantime, Zoren and wife Carmina’s twin kids, Mavy and Cassy, are now officially part of GMA’s roster of artists after they signed a management contract with GMA Artist Center. Mavy confesses he has always wanted to be in showbiz. “Growing up kasi, it has always been me who wants to try showbiz,” he says. “But right now, Cassy also sees the joy in it. It’s really fun, especially here in GMA. They welcomed us with open arms and that’s what I really like about it”.
Cassy has a distinct path in mind and a Kapuso singer has inspired her decision. “I actually look up to Julie Anne San Jose,” she says. “I’ve admired her since before because she’s very talented. She’s so good at singing and she’s all-around. I love her so much. I’m thinking of leaning towards singing as well that’s why I look up to Julie.”
Their mom, Carmina, says in turn: “Ganito pala yung feeling kapag behind the camera tapos yung mga anak mo lang yung nandoon. I’m very happy and I’m really proud of them.”
And Zoren adds: “Ang fear ko lang, kapag naging busy kaming lahat nang sabay-sabay, baka bihira na kaming magkita-kita. So I pray na sana, kahit magkaroon na sila ng sarili nilang careers, maging priority pa rin nila ang family namin as me and their mom will always be here to guide them.”
