The movie won the FIPRESCI and NETPAC Awards, also the best director prize for Jun and the best actress award for Lourna Jane (LJ) Reyes. Jun was there to receive the award in person, with producer Ferdie Lapus, but LJ wasn’t able to join them. LJ won for her role as a rebel woman who’s torn in a unique love triangle between another rebel, played by Anthony Falcon, and a soldier, Luis Alandy.
