Jaclyn Jose Makes A Startling Confession At The Presscon Of GMA'7's New Soap, 'D'Originals'

JACLYN JOSE made a startling revelation at the presscon of "D'Originals" that start airing this Monday to replace "Pinulot Ka Lang sa Lupa". She confessed that she was the number two of the late actor, Mark Gil, when they had a relationship in the late 80s, a relationship that produced her daughter Andi Eigenmann who was born in 1990.

She said she was warned that Mark was married and had kids, but she couldn't help herself and still fell in love with him. She later on asked forgiveness from Mark's wife then, Bing Pimentel, mother of Sid Lucero and Maxine Eigenmann.

Now 53 years old, Jaclyn says she's older and wiser. There are times she feels she'd want to try a new love affair. "E, wala namang nanliligaw sa akin. And at this point, wala na rin akong nararamdaman para sa mga lalaking nakakapareha ko. Wala na silang magic for me."

In "D'Originals", she plays the role of Jestoni Alarcon's wife who'd find out that her husband is having an affair with a younger woman. The show which also stars Katrina Halili, LJ Reyes and Meg Imperial, is one of the new programs being introduced by the Kapuso network this hot summer season.

The other new programs are "Follow Your Heart" with Heart Evangelista as host on April 23, "Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko" featuring Gloria Romero on April 30, "Tadhana" starring Marian Rivera on May 20, the new version "Impostora" starring Kris Bernal and Rafael Rosell, and the primetime shows "Mulawin Vs. Ravena" topbilled by Dennis Trillo, and "My Love from the Star" with Jennylyn Mercado and introducing Gil Cuerva.
