Ken Chan Happy To Play A Macho Leading Man Role In 'Meant To Be' So Viewers Will Forget His Transwoman Image In 'Destiny Rose

KEN CHAN was so convincing as the transwoman in “Destiny Rose” and he even won an acting award for it. He says the role made people think he’s really gay so he’s happy that this time, in his new show, “Meant to Be”, he projects a totally different persona as Yuan Lee.

“Malayong-malayo ito sa transgender role ko before kaya, hopefully, maiba na ang tingin sa’kin ng tao after they’ve seen me in my more macho role in ‘Meant to Be’.”

He just laughs of rumors that he was seen kissing with another guy in a bar in BGC. “Malayong mangyari yun kasi hindi ako mahilig lumabas at mag-bar. I’m often just at home with my family.
