“I play an offbeat role here as Au, short for Aurora,” says Arci. “Bank robber ako rito kaya nabilanggo ako. I’m called the Kapitana kasi sobrang strong ng personality ko. In jail, nakilala ko sina Jessy Mendiola at Coleen Garcia and we were recruited by a government agency headed by Carmi Martin to be secret agents. Diyan magsisimula ang aming misadventures na kunwari mga masahista pero undercover agents pala. I had fun kasi marami kaming action scenes and stunts na kami mismo ang gumawa.”
There’s something new in her life this 2017: she’s now loveless. Yes, she has broken up from her rocker boyfriend of more than three years, named Badi del Rosario, whose other name as a band vocalist is Bones Frankenstein. The guy is also the son of a Brunei prince. Friends inquire how she’s doing and she assures them she’s okay.
“I’m happy that I now have more time to spend with my family,” she says. “Kasi lately, puro work na lang ako palagi. E, di ba we just lost my dad last year, so I want to spend more time with them. In the end talaga, I realized na mas importante pa rin ang pamilya. Also, I want to focus more din sa career ko habang maraming magagandang opportunities na dumarating.”
