Jennylyn Mercado's Movie With John Lloyd Cruz Is Meant To Be Released On Black Saturday, March 26

JENNYLYN MERCADO is shooting for her first movie with John Lloyd Cruz almost everyday since they already have a playdate. The movie is meant to open on Black Saturday, March 26, so Director Cathy Molina Garcia has about a month and a half to finish it. Although the movie has no official title yet, John Lloyd plays an airline pilot in the story while Jen plays a member of the ground crew personnel who dreams of making it as a flight attendant.

Although this is her first with ABS-CBN’s Star Cinema, it’s not the first time Jen got to work at ABS. When she was still going steady with Luis Manzano, she became Luis’ special guest on his birthday presentation in “Deal or No Deal”, which he is hosting. While promoting “Walang Forever”, she also did a guesting stint in Boy Abunda’s late night talk show. Meantime, Jen wants to inform her fans abroad that her hit filmfest entry with Jericho Rosales, “Walang Forever”, which gave them both best actor and best actress awards, will finally open in theaters in the U.S.A. and Canada on February 19.
